A member can nominate anyone, family, friend or group of people. If more than one person is nominated the share balance up to the value of €23,000 for members who died before 22^nd February 2024 and €27,000 for members who died on or after the 22^nd February 2024*,  is divided equally between them. Alternatively, you can allocate specific amounts or percentages for each nominee. A nomination cannot be to a body that is not a named person i.e. a company or charity, or your Estate.
