The Payment Services Directive (PSD2) is a new law within the European Union that was introduced in January 2018.

As part of the Payment Services Directive (PSD2), which came into force on September 14^th 2019, we have been obliged to implement some changes to our Online Banking Facility in order to make payments more secure and ensure our members are protected against increases of online fraud.

These changes are known as Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
