When there has been no transactions on your account for a period of 36 months, your account is classified as ‘Dormant’ . Please note that;

• Your account does not close
• You are still a member of the credit Union
• Your shares will still continue to earn dividend

However, you will not be able to make any deposits to or withdrawals from the account until the account is re-activated
