- If you join online, you will need 1 form of identification and 2 proofs of address
- If you post an application to us, you will need to provide copies of 2 Photo IDs and 2 proofs of address
- If you join in branch, you will need 1 form of identification and 1 proof of address.
(A form of identification is a valid passport or driver’s licence – if you don’t have either, please call us on 01-6325100 and we will talk through other options. A proof of address can be a utility bill or bank or credit card statement dated within the last 6 months or a revenue or government document dated within the last 12 months)
