To avoid your account becoming dormant, you need to carry out the following 2 actions;

1. COMPLETE A TRANSACTION (choose one from the list below)
2. PROVIDE PROOF OF ADDRESS AND/OR PHOTO ID (choose one from the list below)

Transaction Options;

• Use your IBAN to make a lodgement to your account – you can find your IBAN on your annual statement, through your online banking or mobile app or by contacting us to confirm this information to you
• Complete a transaction via your online banking or mobile app – you can do this by logging into the online banking section of our website www.savvi.ie or by using the mobile app, which is available for download from the Apple and Android app stores.
• Branch/Phone – call into one of our branches to carry out a transaction there. You can also give us a call on 01-6325100 and our staff can process a transaction for you over the phone
• Set up a regular payment – our website has information about setting up a Direct Debit mandate or if your employer is set up for payroll deductions, you can complete and return a deduction at source form to us.

Address/Photo ID Options;

•  Take a picture of your documents* and upload it through our document portal. Log into Savvi Online Banking available on our website or through our mobile app and choose the ‘Document Upload’ tool.
• Attach copies of your documents to an email and send them to hello@savvi.ie
• Post 1 certified copy or 2 uncertified copies of your photo ID & address verification to 56 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2.
• If you prefer face to face, call into any of our branches.

Photo ID:

• In date Passport
• In date Driving License
• Birth Cert ( Junior accounts <16yrs)

Proof of Address:

• A utility bill (dated within the last 6 months) e.g., gas or electricity bill
• A bank or credit card statement (dated within the last 6 months)
• A Revenue document (dated within the last 12 months) e.g., Tax clearance certificate
• A household insurance certificate (dated within the last 12 months)
