Cool down in the summer with these tasty frozen yoghurt pops. Easy to make with a little help from Mum or Dad and even easier to eat!

  • 1 cup blueberries*
  • 1 cup raspberries*
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yoghurt (or any flavour)
  • You’ll Need Pop Moulds

1.   Blend most of the berries in a food processor or blender until nearly liquefied into a smoothie-like consistency, keeping some back to add to your mixture before freezing.
2.   Pour the berry liquid into a large bowl. Stir in the honey. Add the yoghurt and very gently mix everything together. If you want a tie-dye, swirly look to your pops – do not fully blend the yoghurt and berries liquid. Add your remaining berries and stir.
3.   Pour mixture evenly into each pop mould. If your pop mould has slots for sticks, you can insert them before freezing – if not, freeze for 2 hours, then put a wooden pop stick in the middle. Continue to freeze for an additional 4-6 hours or overnight.
4.   Run pop moulds under warm water to easily remove. Eat on a hot day. Enjoy!
